Once tree care or landscaping services have been completed, the nature of our work involves physical changes to your property that cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the services provided.
If you are not satisfied with the completed service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Refunds for completed services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Factors considered include:
For prepaid services or service packages, refunds may be available for unused portions of the service. Refund amounts will be calculated based on services already rendered versus services remaining.
You may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Emergency service cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an emergency service request.
If a service requires correction due to our error, we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Service corrections must be requested within 48 hours of the original service completion.
If a dispute arises regarding services provided, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss the matter. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
